Gift cards can be redeemed 24h after purchase.
Bonus gift cards can only be redeemed for experiences.
Gift cards are valid at all Escape Manor locations, including Escape Manor Junior.
Bonus gift cards can not be used for existing large group deposits/balances or for new group reservations of 10 or more.

Yes! Gift cards can be redeemed for experiences (in-person or digital), food, drinks, +/or merchandise.
When you are booking your experience online, enter your gift card code into the Gift Card/Promo field to apply it or simply produce it in person.
Yes, the same way you would a regular experience, online at checkout.
Yes, they can be used at any Escape Manor location, including partnerships (like Escape the Diefenbunker).
You will receive both gift cards via email. You can give one and keep one, give both, or keep both!
Bonus gift cards can not be used for existing large group deposits/balances or for new group reservations of 10 or more.
The main gift card does not expire. The bonus gift card expires on March 31st, 2023.
